This policy explains what information Hotelya.art, operated by Integrated Success Initiative LLC, San Diego, California, USA, collects and how it is used. In Türkiye, Hotelya.art works through Tulipya LLC, Antalya, which invoices hotels and businesses in Türkiye.
What we collect
Messages: your name, email address, property details and anything you write to us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number and your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms, and we keep the conversation only as long as we need it to answer you.
Orders: if you buy online, your name, shipping address and email address. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
Site usage: cookies and analytics data about how the site is used.
Email list: your email address if you subscribe, which you can withdraw at any time.
How we use it
To answer your questions, to prepare proposals and mock-ups, to produce and deliver orders, to improve the site, and, if you subscribed, to send occasional emails about new concept families.
Who we share it with
Details needed to produce, deliver or install art are shared with our print, shipping and installation partners only for that purpose. Payment data is processed by Stripe. Newsletter emails are sent through our email service provider. Analytics data may be processed by Google. For hotels and businesses in Türkiye, invoicing data is processed by Tulipya LLC, Antalya. We never sell your personal information.
Photographs of your property
Photographs you send us are used only to prepare your proposal and mock-ups, and are never published without your written permission.
Cookies
We use cookies for the cart and for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart needs cookies to work.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing connect@hotelya.art. Residents of the EU, the UK and California have additional rights under the GDPR and the CCPA, which we honor.
Türkiye (KVKK)
For people in Türkiye, personal data is processed under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK). We process it to answer your messages, prepare proposals, perform agreements and orders, issue invoices and meet legal obligations, on the legal grounds the law provides, such as performing a contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interest. Some data is transferred abroad to the service providers named above, for example for email, analytics, payment and printing. Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it is shared with, and object to outcomes. Send requests to connect@hotelya.art; we answer within 30 days.
Retention
Order and agreement records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
