Main concept, floors and spaces
Main concept
The hotel’s artistic soul: palette, mood, motifs and story, shared by every piece.
Floor sub-concept
A variety of the soul for each floor, so every floor has its own family of pieces.
Space sub-concept
A variety for each kind of space: calmer in rooms, rhythmic in corridors, bolder in public areas and venues.
03 · Sizes
Five standard sizes in each shape
Our sizes follow common hotel practice: a piece above a bed or a sofa is about two thirds of the width of the furniture below it, corridors take portraits between the doors, and lobbies and venues take the large sizes. Standard sizes keep production fast and prices at their best; custom sizes are quoted separately.

Hotelya.art works in bulk: a collection starts from 100 pieces for a property, across its rooms, corridors and public spaces.
Exclusivity is set by area. No other hotel in the same area, such as Belek, Lara, Kemer, Side, Alanya or Konyaaltı, receives the same pieces, and every placement is recorded.

Cash, off-season room-nights, or a mix
Hotels pay in cash, in off-season room-nights, or in a mix of both. Room-nights are settled during the hotel’s quieter months, booked and confirmed in advance, and every arrangement is set in its own agreement.

Standard orders are our three shapes, standard sizes and formats. Special orders, such as custom sizes, extra themes or larger volumes, follow a schedule agreed in the proposal.
08 · Samples and catalog
See and touch it first
Before you choose, we send a sample kit: a few of our prints, a frame corner, and acrylic and canvas swatches, so your team can judge the materials in its own light.
Each season we also publish a dated print catalog of new concepts and ideas, starting with Winter 2027. Ask for it with your sample kit.

The guest card, rights, invoicing and sustainability

The guest card
Every collection includes one guest card for the hotel: a single QR card that opens the collection on its walls, where guests can order a reprint for their home, with our signature printed in the piece and a certificate of the collection it hangs in, shipped to them.

Rights to the art
The hotel receives the right to display its collection at the property. The rights to copy, sell or distribute the artworks, in any physical or digital form, stay with Hotelya.art.

Invoicing in Türkiye
Hotels in Türkiye are invoiced by Tulipya LLC, our company registered in Antalya, which issues e-fatura.
04
Sustainability
We know many hotels are working toward sustainable tourism certification, and we are sensitive to it. We are glad to talk through a hotel’s own requirements in its proposal.

What hotels ask us
How quickly will we see concepts?
Concepts are prepared in our studio, so a property receives several concept options, with mock-ups in its own spaces, within days.
What is the smallest collection?
Hotelya.art works in bulk: a collection starts from 100 pieces for a property, across its rooms, corridors and public spaces.
Is the art exclusive to our hotel?
Yes, within its area. No other hotel in the same area, such as Belek, Lara, Kemer or Side, receives the same pieces, and every placement is recorded.
Can we keep our own frames?
Yes. Print only is a museum-quality giclée print on fine-art paper, delivered ready for framing, for hotels that already have frames.
Is it safe for corridors and family areas?
We use acrylic glazing only, never glass, and the fire class of every material is stated in the proposal for the hotel’s safety officer to approve.
Do you install the art?
If requested, yes: we install on site with secure fixing and a placement plan. Otherwise we deliver every piece ready to hang.
What happens when a piece is damaged?
We replace damaged or faded pieces as part of rotation and replacement, so the walls keep looking the way they did on the first day.
How does payment in room-nights work?
The hotel settles all or part of the collection in room-nights during its quieter months, booked and confirmed in advance and set in the agreement.
How are prices set?
Prices are set for each property in our proposal. The best prices are for abstract art in our three shapes and standard sizes, and larger volumes price better.
Who owns the artworks?
Every piece comes from our own studio. The hotel receives the right to display its collection at the property; the rights to copy, sell or distribute the artworks, in any physical or digital form, stay with Hotelya.art.
Can we see and touch samples first?
Yes. We send a sample kit: a few of our prints, a frame corner, and acrylic and canvas swatches, together with our current seasonal catalog.
How long does a collection take?
Concept options arrive within days. Once the hotel has chosen, a standard order of up to 500 pieces is produced and delivered in four to five weeks and installed in one week, floor by floor. Special orders follow a schedule agreed with the hotel.
Can our guests buy the art they see?
Yes. Every collection includes one guest card with a QR code. It opens the collection on your walls, and guests order a reprint with our signature printed in the piece and a certificate of the collection it hangs in, shipped to their home. Nothing is asked of your staff.

Yes. We rotate collections with the seasons and the guest profile, and around the events a hotel hosts, through the years that follow.
Do you work outside Antalya?
The idea was born in Antalya and that is where we start, but the same approach works for any hotel that wants one soul on its walls.
