Terms
These terms govern the use of hotelya.art, a site owned and operated by Integrated Success Initiative LLC (“we”, “us”), San Diego, California, USA.
Proposals and agreements
Collections for hotels and hospitality properties are offered through written proposals. A proposal, its prices, formats, installation, exclusivity and payment terms, whether in cash, off-season room-nights or a mix, become binding only when both parties sign a written agreement, which then prevails over these terms.
Online orders
Where items are sold online, prices are shown at checkout and an order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may cancel any order we cannot fulfill and will refund it in full.
Artworks and intellectual property
All artworks, designs, text and images on this site come from our own library and are the property of Integrated Success Initiative LLC. They may not be reproduced, printed or used without our written permission. Placing a collection in a property grants the hotel the right to display it at that property; the rights to copy, sell or distribute the artworks, in any physical or digital form, stay with us, unless an agreement says otherwise.
Invoicing in Türkiye
Hotels and businesses in Türkiye are invoiced by Tulipya LLC, our company registered in Antalya, Türkiye, which issues e-fatura.
Exclusivity
A collection is exclusive within its area, such as Belek, Lara, Kemer, Side, Alanya or Konyaaltı, as set out in each agreement, and every placement is recorded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and for any collection as set out in its agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
