HOTELYA.ART · ABOUT
One partner for all the art in a hotel
Hotelya.art is the bulk art partner for hotels and hospitality, starting in Antalya, Türkiye.
01 · What we do
Design, production and installation
We design, produce and, when asked, install a complete body of art for a property, from the lobby to the last corridor, built on one concept that belongs to that hotel alone.
Every collection is exclusive, matched to the property’s colors, identity and story, and kept fresh over the years through rotation and replacement. Hotels pay in cash, in off-season room-nights, or in a mix of both.
02 · Who we work with
Hotels and the spaces inside them
01
Resort hotels
Bright, sea-facing collections for lounges and restaurants, softer in the rooms, changing between the summer and the winter guest.
02
City and business hotels
Composed collections for meeting floors and lobbies that read serious for business guests and restful in the rooms.
03
Boutique and design hotels
A single strong concept carried through every room and corridor, so a small property feels like one considered place.
04
Restaurants, spas and venues
The spaces inside a hotel that need their own voice: warmth along a long wall, calm in a spa, composure in a ballroom.
03 · What you can expect
One partner, from the first proposal to the years after
01
One concept
A single artistic soul for the whole hotel, drawn from its colors, identity and story.
02
Exclusive in your area
No other hotel in your area receives the same pieces, and every placement is recorded.
03
Hotel-grade materials
Museum-quality giclée, canvas and frames, acrylic instead of glass, and the fire class of every material stated.
04
A free proposal
Concept options with mock-ups in your own spaces before any commitment.
05
Installation
Delivered ready to hang, or installed on site with secure fixing and a placement plan.
06
Years of care
Seasonal rotation, and replacement of damaged or faded pieces, for as long as the collection hangs.
04 · Who we are
A small company, close to its hotels
Hotelya.art is owned and operated by Integrated Success Initiative LLC, a small company based in San Diego, California, and works with hotels and hospitality properties in and around Antalya.
In Türkiye, we work through Tulipya LLC, our company registered in Antalya, which invoices hotels and issues e-fatura.
